that night, I had a call from his staff at 7:00 AM the next morning.
They
moved quickly and professionally, advising me of what I needed
and worked
with me on a fair cost. By 10:30 AM the same day, his group was
in full
swing. A polite and hard working crew installed my new unit before
the day
was over.

Recently I had to contact Benson’s regarding a heating problem.
It turned out to be one of the most professional encounters I have
had in my memory. From the first contact and prompt response to
the last vent cleaning experience, it was an unusual business experience.
All of the technicians were pleasant, polite and very competent.
The vent-cleaning job was interrupted by a plumbing problem and
the technicians had to return to finish the job. This was the only
time that the technicians were not on time or early but they were
so pleasant and did such a good job, I could not fault them. I
was impressed that there were enough workmen to complete the job
in a very timely fashion and they worked without interruption.
It is really great to know that there are still well run businesses
that treat their customers like they care.
The notebook and gift bag were totally unexpected and were very
impressive and appreciated. What a nice touch!
Thank you for making the unpleasant experience of spending $6,000
+ so pleasant that I didn’t mind the pain. I certainly will
pass a recommendation on to anyone who asks for a reference.

I recently purchased a new system (American Standard 15 SEER) from
your Company, and wanted to share my experience with you.
I had an exceptional experience with everyone that is affiliated
with Benson's. Amy fielded my
call, explained things and was very helpful, she setup an appointment
with Ric, who in turn, came out and was VERY knowledgeable. Ric
explained everything from what a SEER is, to "masting ducts".
Ric walked me through the install, and told me what to expect.
The installation crew came out, on time and could not have been
better. They were very respectful and courteous. I believe the
people that came out were (sp) Nuna, Silver, Congo and Beau. They
all did a great job and worked very well together, it was a great
synergy in motion. What I thought really stood out, was that everyone
took their time to make sure it was done right. My wife made a
comment just yesterday, as we were lounging in our new found "Frozen
Tundra",
she said that she liked that Benson's treated
our house with kid gloves, and was very clean.
You replaced the unit for my mother in law,
she is a tough cookie. She recommended, so I felt VERY comfortable
in choosing your Company. You also salvaged a botched job for my
neighbor (Randy Crowson) and of course he recommended you as well.
I wanted you to know that from everything that I can see, you have
managed to manage a great business, and yes, I will highly recommend
you.
