JOB DESCRIPTION: As Director of Retail Sales I am responsible for the Service Department and Equipment Replacement Department. Total 2015 revenue are projected at 8.0M, a 30% growth from 2012. I currently have 4 managers reporting to me directly: Athey Crawford (Service Manager), Brandi Costa (CSR Manager), Craig Johnson (CFO), and Sherry Barner (Warehouse Manager / Install Coordinator). I also lead 4 sales personnel: Rick Kolias, Rob Kun, Cortny White and Justin Wilson.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: Working at Bensons for over 20 years has put me in several positions. I Started out as a PT driver while attending a local HVAC trade school under the GI Bill. Since then I have been Residential Service Tech, Commercial Service Tech, Service Manager in 1999. My current position was obtained in 2005. I Received my Florida Mechanical License in 2007. Today I’m involved in Service Nation Alliance Group, and currently a mentor for 2 groups with 6 members in each group. We meet once a week by Go To Meeting where we review budget numbers, labor as % of sales, GPM, and Net Income. I have presented 2 presentations during Comfortech in the past and work with Service Nation Alliance, Goodman and Johnstone to ensure Bensons HVAC is getting the best possible rebates, and services.

Jacob was actually early for our appointment. He called ahead to be sure I was here, and that it was okay for him to come early. He was considerate and efficient. Very nice, respectful young man. Typical of your technicians.September 13, 2019Review for Caige Purvis who was here today to perform maintenance on my HVac unit.Caige was right on time, polite, pleasant, and efficient. Hope his dream of advancing with Benson's comes true!

excellent service, mentioned we needed surge protectors (4) I told him there needs to be some sort of deal with these since I purchased the units from Bensons and have them servicing them $750 dollars for surge protectors seems a little over the top. I asked for an estimate and details and will await his response.
