JOB DESCRIPTION: As Director of Retail Sales I am responsible for the Service Department and Equipment Replacement Department. Total 2015 revenue are projected at 8.0M, a 30% growth from 2012. I currently have 4 managers reporting to me directly: Athey Crawford (Service Manager), Brandi Costa (CSR Manager), Craig Johnson (CFO), and Sherry Barner (Warehouse Manager / Install Coordinator). I also lead 4 sales personnel: Rick Kolias, Rob Kun, Cortny White and Justin Wilson.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: Working at Bensons for over 20 years has put me in several positions. I Started out as a PT driver while attending a local HVAC trade school under the GI Bill. Since then I have been Residential Service Tech, Commercial Service Tech, Service Manager in 1999. My current position was obtained in 2005. I Received my Florida Mechanical License in 2007. Today I’m involved in Service Nation Alliance Group, and currently a mentor for 2 groups with 6 members in each group. We meet once a week by Go To Meeting where we review budget numbers, labor as % of sales, GPM, and Net Income. I have presented 2 presentations during Comfortech in the past and work with Service Nation Alliance, Goodman and Johnstone to ensure Bensons HVAC is getting the best possible rebates, and services.

We noticed our A/C wasn't cooling when we returned from Church on Saturday evening. I called Benson's 24 hour line and was scheduled to have a technician come out on Sunday morning. Lee came out at 8:30am and promptly found out that the dual run capacitor was faulty and replaced it under warranty. He had our system up and cooling in 30 minutes! He was very professional and explained what the problem was. Both my wife and I are in our 70's and we really appreciated the prompt service. Thankfully we have a service contract with Benson's which is well worth it. We had Benson's install our system when our original system died and have had a service contract with them every since. We are glad we went with Benson's and every time they come out to inspect our system they are very professional and thorough. We couldn't be happier with their service!

Logan was an expert technician who solved the problems I was having with my AC in the home that I had just bought. He was on time and responsive and used great problem solving skills to solve my problem. Thanks for the ease in scheduling as well!

Excellent service. Company lets you know who is coming and when by telephone and email with technician's picture and brief biography. Technicians are always. courteous and efficient.
