Today I performed a one time tuneup on your Bard strait cool compressor with electric heat system. I checked all electrical connections for both heating and cooling, checked the air filter, flushed the drain line, checked the condenser and evaporator coils for cleanliness, checked the capacitor ratings, then ran the system in heating and cooling mode. Everything checked out good for heat and cool. Your system is operating properly at this time.

Removed and cleaned blower assembly and evaporator coil and well as supply and return grills. Also removed buildup from return duct and wiped interior of air handler. System pumped down and pressure tested to 283 psig and pulled to a vacuum of 289 microns. System working properly at this time and is odor free. Thank you for your business.

Today, I performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Overall, the equipment is in fair condition. The coil, although clean, has significant rust due to the age of the unit. This is a normal occurrence caused by the moisture produced when running the AC during the summer. Here are the details of the unit: Location, Type, and Picture of Indoor Unit: The indoor unit is located in the attic and is an air handler. Area Unit Services: This is a whole home unit and it is a Lennox 4 ton heat pump. Filtration: The pleated 2-6" filter was checked and replaced today.
