Benson's is absolutely fantastic. Their customer service is second to none. We had an emergency repair needed and everyone was top notch. I called after regular hours and got an immediate call back..As part of there maintenance plan, we received Saturday service and had no charge for unclogging a drain pan.Before they came, they texted and emailed a picture/name of the tech and outlined their Covid steps. I highly recommend Benson.

The technicians arrived promptly and identified themselves prior to coming to my home. Once here they were very courteous and used all the proper equipment to avoid any contamination. They seemed to work very efficiently together and explained what they checked on and advised the unit was working properly.The one thing I would like to mention in addition to the service is the kindness they showed in offering to sweep the leaves off my back deck.This was above and beyond and appreciated so much. The techs were thorough, however after they left we found one unit not working. When I called for after hours service I was told you do not do this for commercial business. This is unacceptable since our business is open evenings. We had several customers leave do to no AC.
