Performed a summertime tune up on the hvac equipment. Testing system operations, component amperages, capacitor ratings, cleared the drain line, brush cleaned the evaporator coil, checked the air filter, tested the thermostat, and cleaned the condenser coil outside. The system is working properly at this time.

04/25/2025- I found the breaker for the Bosch unit tripped, leaving the unit without high voltage power. After I flipped the breaker to test the unit I discovered that the electricity would not flow through the Genarac box after the outside disconnect box. I am unable to test the unit until the issue in the Genarac box has been resolved. I have informed the homeowner and he said he would contact the company that installed the generator to fix the issue in the Genarac box.

04/22/2025- I arrived on site and preformed the supply duct removal and resealed the supply tap as well as the supply air distribution block, which the removed duct connected to. I have verified that the sealed area doesn’t leak airflow and have confirmed that the unit is working properly at time of service.

Maintenance complete. Cleared the drain and checked electrical components. I found that the compressor was pulling high amps on startup. Installed a hard start capacitor to the condenser to give the compressor an extra boost on startup. This increases the life of the compressor. Everything is working properly at this time.
