Diagnostic/ System not cooling. Arrived and turned the system on in cool mode and everything came on. Inspected the drain line and found it to be clogged and blowing water back at me when I took the clean out cap off. Was able to successfully clear the drain with my vacuum. Today I performed a spring time tune up on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything looked to be in fair condition. I started off checking the difference in temperature between supply and return air. I observed a return temp of 77° while supply air was 53°F. Right where we want it. Outside I checked the operation of the compressor, condenser fan and their respective capacitor. Everything was within manufacturer specifications. The condenser, its coil and the equipment pad was cleaned off with water only today. Customer said that the indoor unit was running, but the outdoor unit was not. Found no power getting sent out to the outdoor unit. Found the breaker to be in the off position. Checked compressor windings, capacitor, and wires to find any shorts or ground wires and did not find anything. Turned breaker back on and system started running. Return temp of 75° and a supply temp of 55°. Everything is working properly. Customer signed up for maintenance plan which will also be performed today, there will be a separate invoice sent with the maintenance checklist soon. Thank you for your business.
