10/20/2026- I arrived on site and found the heat strip kit operating properly but with a contactor in poor condition, however the main issue with this unit is the blower motor not functioning due to a seized motor. The customer approved of the estimate for a universal blower motor and I replaced the blower motor today. After the installation of the new blower motor and module for the new motor, I tested the unit and have verified that the unit is functioning correctly at this time. I have tested the unit in every mode of operation and have verified that this unit is operating correctly at the time of service.
