Follow up: Condenser fan not running. I arrived and checked the system. I found that the capacitor that regulates the current for the compressor and condenser fan had gone bad. I replaced the bad capacitor with a new Turbo 200 and checked the system. The system is cooling properly and the new capacitor comes with a 5-year warranty from the manufacturer.
