09/19/2026- I arrived on site to find the 70 and 7.5 turbo 200X capacitor had swelled up and failed. I replaced the faulty capacitor with truck stock before testing the unit. The system started working properly and cooling without any issues. I also replaced the 20x30x1 air filter with the customer provided filter. This unit is currently working and cooling properly at the time of service.

Today I arrived on site to perform a tune-up on your HVAC system. Indoor Unit Service (AMANA Air Handler) Located the AMANA Air Handler in the attic. Replaced the 20x20x1 pleated 1" filter with a customer-provided spare. Checked the indoor coil; condition is fair. Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped and secured. Outdoor Unit Service (GOODMAN Heat Pump) Located the GOODMAN Heat Pump on the side of the house. Checked the outdoor coil; condition is fair. Electrical System Check Tested the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring.
