Diagnostic/ Issues with AC system during the storm and subsequent Generac repairs. I found the system cooling properly upon my arrival, but I went ahead and checked through the error code history on the outside control board. I found some line voltage error codes that would have come from the storm, but I also found an 04 error code for locked rotors at the compressor. To be on the safe side, I installed a hard start kit and tested system operations. The system is cooling properly and we will return with OEM parts under warranty when they are in stock. Installed an OEM hard start kit and run capacitor. The system is cooling properly at this time.
