Upon checking your system I found it was operating properly in heat mode. I started by checking the temps going into the unit and coming out. I found it was getting proper air flow and had adequate supply temperature. All major components were checked out the outdoor unit and were in good condition (Compressor, Fan motor, dual run cap, contactor, and defrost control board). I also ensured the unit was draining properly and vacuumed out the drain assembly to clear any gunk in the line.
