Customer calls in with a concern that the system was not heating properly. I arrived at the home and spoke with customer about the concerns. I began diagnostics on the system and found that the condenser was operating in 1 and second stage I continued to the air handler and discovered it would not come out of 1 stage I continued to check the operation of the heat strips and found them to be inoperable as well. I will need to call tomorrow and check on the availability of the indoor board and heat strips. Thank you for your business today. Greenville,Florida. Ordered Parts today 12/27/22 they are in stock and will be delivered to shop.

Diag/ system not cooling, thermostat going blank. Found safety switch is full of water causing system to shut off. Used nitrogen and cleared the drain line and flushed several gallons of water through line until it came out clean a few times. System is working properly at this time.
