05/20/2026- I arrived on site to find the capacitor to be faulty, causing the unit to remain off. I replaced the warranty capacitor with truck stock and I have ordered the warranty capacitor from York to replace the truck stock used at this call. I have verified that the unit is functioning and cooling properly at the time of service.

05/19/2026- I arrived on site to find the garage units condensate pump overflowing due to a clog in the drain line and the fact that the condensate pump had no safety switch installed in it. I cleared the drain line clog and replaced the condensate pump since it was extremely weak/old. After replacing all equipment and verifying that the drain line was clear and the new condensate pump works, I tested the unit and confirmed that the drainage system is functioning correctly. I have wired in the new condensate pump safety switch, however I still recommend having a primary drain line safety switch installed in case a drain clog occurs before the condensate pump. I have emailed the customer the estimate for a maintenance plan and the safety switch installation. This unit is working and cooling properly at the time of service.

05/19/2026- I arrived on site to find the capacitor faulty, which kept the unit from turning on. I replaced the faulty capacitor with a universal capacitor to get the customer cooling in the meantime, however I will need to come back to replace the universal capacitor with the manufacturers warranty capacitor as soon as it is delivered to us. I have verified that the unit is cooling properly at this time.
