Customer called in requesting service. The main unit for downstairs was not cooling. I arrived at home, verified that the indoor unit was running I went out to the condenser and the system was not getting a call from the thermostat. I went into the laundry room attic and found the secondary pan was full of water. Once I removed all the water in the Secondary pan and checked the condenser outside I checked the pressure levels on the system The unit is low on the refrigerant. I added 2 pounds of refrigerant to get it cooling again, and informed Mr. William what I found and due to the age of the system he would like for us to get an appraisal up. I have emailed all the customers info to Justin he also has a one and a half ton American standard that is a 98 model would like an estimate on replacing it also. Thank you for your business today.
