Arrived this evening for a no cool diagnostic. Condensate pump was continuously trying to pump water out of the house, but it was completely clogged. Vacuumed out condensate pump and flushed with a gallon of water to verify everything was draining properly. System is working properly at this time.

Customer said unit would randomly stop cooling and blow hot air. Found filters to be really dirty. Replaced filters and monitored operation of unit and it is working properly at this time. Thank you for your business.
