Performed a winter time tune up on the hvac equipment. The system is working properly at this time in heating and cooling modes.

Found the load shed generator to be faulty again, I placed a service call with Mathers electric for the customer. The neighbor bypassed the load shed box for her so she wouldn’t be without air again. The system is working properly, just has a faulty load shed box that Mathers will repair.

Diagnostic system not heating. I found there was no high voltage going to the air handler so the system would not come on. The generator load shed module is faulty and was interrupting the high voltage going to the air handler. I unwired and bypassed the generator load shed module to get the system up and running. Need to call Mathers Electric 576-2342 to replace the contactor in the generator load shed module. The system is now up and running and heating properly at this time.
