We noticed our A/C wasn't cooling when we returned from Church on Saturday evening. I called Benson's 24 hour line and was scheduled to have a technician come out on Sunday morning. Lee came out at 8:30am and promptly found out that the dual run capacitor was faulty and replaced it under warranty. He had our system up and cooling in 30 minutes! He was very professional and explained what the problem was. Both my wife and I are in our 70's and we really appreciated the prompt service. Thankfully we have a service contract with Benson's which is well worth it. We had Benson's install our system when our original system died and have had a service contract with them every since. We are glad we went with Benson's and every time they come out to inspect our system they are very professional and thorough. We couldn't be happier with their service!

Fantastic customer service, terrific technical service, superior installation, excellent management. It doesn't get any better in Leon County and surrounding areas than Benson's. Have a home warrantee which would have covered this. They could not come for four days and temperature was 85 in the house. Called Benson's and with the help of Brie, service tech came that night and had my air conditioner running again. Thanks for good continual service.

Raymond checked all aspects of my unit. Changed my filter, explained the thermostat settings, U/V light was out but unable to replace bulb as it was explained ballast needed replacing. Technician was courteous and efficient .

UPDATE: Since my last post, the Benson's Technical Team have gone above and beyond in their level of support and services. Since then, I have purchased two gold plans! I would really encourage folks to look into their maintenance plans. Thank you for your timely and quality service!Very dissapointed with my first gold plan maintenance service. First, it seemed the technician wasn't sure what he was supposed to do. He asked if there were any issues going on. I had to explain what had previously happened to our AC system and that he was scheduled to provide a gold plan maintenance service. It is my understanding this information is available to technicians to provide them with historical context before they arrive to the customers home. Secondly, I have a picture that I will send showing my old AC filter being jammed up into the AC handler. Again, its my understanding being a gold plan member, Im suppose to get my filter replaced and provided additional filters for future use. The technician also provided an estimate for a part that should be replaced by the next maintenance check. At this point, I dont have a lot of confidence in this technician based on the quality of work and lack of preparedness to do his job. I hope you share this feedback with mgmt and the technician. Hope he takes this feedback constructively and learns from this experience. I would like to get someone with more experience to double check the work he recently completed at my home. Thank you.
