Today I arrived on site to perform a summer tune-up on your AMERICAN STANDARD system. Indoor Unit Service Inspected the air handler in the closet. Checked the 24x24x1 pleated 1" filter; the customer will provide their own. Found the indoor coil in fair condition. Dusted the return grills and thermostat. Checked thermostat batteries and tested its operations. Outdoor Unit Service Inspected the heat pump on the side of the house. Found the outdoor coil in fair condition. Electrical Component Checks Tested the blower motor, compressor, and all run capacitors (blower, compressor, fan). Checked the compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. All are working properly within manufacturer specifications. System Inspection & Maintenance Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and ductwork; all are in good condition. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped and secured. Measured return air temperature at 72.0°F

All are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, ductwork, and electrical wires. All are in good condition and working properly. **System Readings & Adjustments:** * Return air temperature: 76.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 60.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line

Equipment Condition: * Overall condition is good. * Indoor unit located in the closet, type is air handler. * Outdoor unit located on the side of the house, type is heat pump. Filtration: * Pleated 1" filter checked today. * Filter size is 24x24x1 and is in good condition. Coil Condition: * Indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Outdoor coil is also clean and in good condition. Electrical Components: * Tested and inspected the following components, all working properly: * Blower Motor * Heat Strip Kit * Condenser Fan Motor * Compressor * Fan Run Capacitor * Compressor Run Capacitor * Blower Run Capacitor * Contactor * Defrost Control Board * Electrical Wiring * Replaced dual run capacitor. Inspections: * Blower Wheel, electrical wires secured, and secondary drain pan are in good condition. * No components found in poor condition. Temperature Readings: * Return air temperature
