I observed a return temp of 73° while supply temp was 107°F. Right where we want it. The filters were changed and checked today. 12/23/2025- I arrived on site and preformed the winter time maintenance for both units on location and found both to be working properly at this time. I replaced the dirty 12x12x1 air filters and checked all Honeywell filters. Both of the Honeywell filters were still in clean condition and don’t need to be replaced at this time. All electrical components are working properly and within specifications. And both units are clean and draining properly at this time. I have verified that both units are functioning and heating properly at the time of service.

I have tested and verified that all electrical equipment on both units are working properly and within specifications. Both washable air filters have been cleaned as well as both drain lines being cleaned/cleared, I have confirmed that both are draining properly at this time. I checked both units in heat and cool mode and I have confirmed that both units are working properly at this time. I have found no issues with either unit and verified that all equipment is functioning correctly at this time.
