Today I arrived on site to perform a summer maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit Service (Air Handler) Located the Air Handler in the attic, servicing the downstairs area. Checked the 16x30x1 pleated 1" filter; it is in good condition. Inspected the indoor coil; it is clean and in good condition. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is connected and strapped down. Outdoor Unit Service (Heat Pump) Located the Heat Pump on the side of the house. Inspected the outdoor coil; it is clean and in good condition. Component Inspections & Tests Electrical Components (Working Properly): Tested the Blower Motor, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Compressor Start Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring. 07/06/2026- I arrived on site to find the customer complaint to be that unit #4(bosch unit) was not running. When I arrived I found the unit functioning properly and cooling without issue with a 20 degree temperature split. I preformed a system daignosic and was unable to find or replicate any issues. Due to the fact that this unit is functioning properly at the time of inspection, I informed the customer to contact us if the unit has any issues again. There were no issues at the time I was on location, however this could be a potential intermittent issue with the voltage or a control board. The unit is currently functioning properly and has satisfied the area of the house it services.

Aidan got here very fast, considering the holiday pressure. He expertly discovered a pressure leak, and a replacement part will be needed, and will be ordered. The problem is that it is July 3rd, and so we have the holiday and the weekend. Fortunately, I have three small window units I keep in storage for emergencies like this, and now all three are cooling down the house. I am 83 years old and it was a job getting them installed in the required window areas. Your young man assisted me with one of them and after he left my wife helped with the others. While an immediate fix was not possible, your man delivered a feeling of confidence and expertise that was worthwhile. I am sure that when the part arrives, he will install it to perfection.

Hunter was the service technician that serviced our unit. The damper was not opening and closing properly causing incorrect air flow. Hunter was able to correctly identify the problem and correct the problem. He was thorough and gave us a detailed explanation of what needed to be done.
