Inspections: * Blower wheel, electrical wires, primary and secondary drain pans are in good condition and functioning properly. * No components were found in poor condition. Temperature Readings: * Return air temperature measured at 73.0 degree

I performed a winter time tune up on three Amana Heat pump units. While checking the unit that serves the downstairs bedroom I heard the contactor that controls the heat strips making a buzzing noise. I will order a new heat strip kit for that system and once the part arrives the office will call to schedule a time and day to have the part replaced.
