Jacob was actually early for our appointment. He called ahead to be sure I was here, and that it was okay for him to come early. He was considerate and efficient. Very nice, respectful young man. excellent service, mentioned we needed surge protectors (4) I told him there needs to be some sort of deal with these since I purchased the units from Bensons and have them servicing them $750 dollars for surge protectors seems a little over the top. I asked for an estimate and details and will await his response.
