Upon arrival, I found the customer’s water cooled HVAC system not cooling properly due to the compressor not coming on. After further inspecting the system, I found the water valve was not opening. I was able to reprogram the board and release the water valve. I cycled your system on and all three separate times and it opened and closed perfectly after reprogramming the board and adjusting the valve. The system is on and operating properly at this time

On arrival, customer wanted a tuneup done on her HVAC package unit. During the tuneup, I found the indoor blower motor capacitor and the outdoor door run capacitor both were bad. I sent an estimate to replace both. The customer approved both estimates. After installing the capacitors, I tested the system operations. Your system is operating/cooling properly at this top. .
