Opponent arrival I found the system not cooling properly due to it being off on a hard lockout for pressure. After further inspection, I found the air filter to be plugged. I pulled the air filter and swapped it out with a new one. I also found the water valve to be burning up hot. I believe the water valve is going out and is closing at times causing the system to not cool properly. I returned the morning of Thursday, July 2 to find the water valve for the water source unit to be bad and stuck closed, causing the system not to cool properly. I found the water valve to be bad. I sent an estimate to replace it. The estimate was approved. After installing the new water valve, I tested the system operations by turning it on and off at the thermostat the valve opened and closed with no leaks as it should. Your system is cooling properly at this time .
