10/14/2025- I arrived on site and replaced the faulty blower motor with OEM parts. After installation of the new equipment I tested the new motor in every mode of operation and have confirmed that the unit is now functioning properly. I then tested the unit under load and have verified that this unit is functioning and cooling properly with a 20 degree temperature split. All components are functioning within spec and this unit is working properly at the time of service. The customer has paid $900.00 is cash and the remaining $12.71 with card. The customer approved an estimate I sent out after the maintenance last week to replace a bad damper actuator for the zone system. I have to replacing the zone damper actuator. I tested the damper in the system operations. Your zone system is operating properly at this time .
Upon arrival, I found the customer’s Dyke and split system not cooling properly due to the condenser being tripped on a hard lockout at the Copeland scroll protector. I checked the capacitor in the system operations and everything checked out good when I reset the Copeland school protector the system came on and started cooling properly. Washed your filters flushed your drain lines checked your capacitor ratings and then check system operations after the maintenance. During the maintenance I noticed the upstairs zone was stuck open, which it explained why it’s so cold up there. I will go back in the history and see when we last replaced them and get an estimate emailed over ASAP if they’re no longer under warranty to replaced the zone damper actuator. Other than that, everything else is operating properly at this time .

Upon arrival I found the customer’s secondary pan had been filling up with water since the end of July. We were just out at the end of July for the same thing and the customers had to empty the drain pan twice since. After further inspecting the system, I found where the primary drain line comes out of the air handler cabinet. It had popped out of the coupling and was draining out of the armor flex directly into the secondary pan. I was able to get the drain back in the coupling.
