Lee is very sociable and friendly. I got the impression she is still new with Benson's, but she was very conscientious about her service. She may have taken more time than other more experienced techs have, but in my opinion she did a thorough job. I had no issues with her at all.

12/08/2025- I arrived on site to find the unit functioning properly and without issue. The noise the customer was hearing was just the normal noise of the furnace startup process and the noise of the cold exhaust flue expanding due to the hot exhaust gas causing a small clicking sound during the initial startup. The furnace itself is working properly at this time and without issue, however the customer was also curious about having her ductwork cleaned, due to this I have sent her an estimate for any duct cleaning so the customer can sign and approve of the duct cleaning whenever she needs it done. I have verified that this unit is functioning and heating properly at the time of service.

Did a great job
Josh is always very professional. He has provided great service for a couple of years now and I hope I can keep him as my A/C technician. He answers all my questions and gives me advice on things I can do to get the most out of my unit.
Great Service
Fine service. Friendly, professional, competent.
Great service!
Had to have your tech come out a month before my scheduled 6 month cleaning due to the drain line being clogged. I was charged a service fee; For all I know the line was not cleared on the previous visit. I don't agree with the any fee charged as regular cleaning should be enough to prevent this AND you could have just considered this my 6 month cleaning as it was very close to that time anyway.
The two young men introduced themselves and explained very clearly what they would be doing. They answered our questions, and gave a very well focused description of their work and the situation of the Heat Pump and other components. Their visit was excellent.
On time. Very Pleasant Really Informative
Good service.

Havana, FL, HVAC Company FAQs
A home HVAC system should be serviced at least twice a year in Havana, FL. For the best results, you should have your HVAC system serviced once in the fall and once in the spring, right before the peak heating and cooling seasons. Getting your HVAC unit maintenance before these peak months will help you spot any issues with your HVAC system and help it run efficiently all year long.
It costs about $350-$600 to repair your home HVAC system in Havana, FL. The overall cost of the repair can vary depending on:
- The kind of repair
- The level of the repair
- The cost for replacement parts
The cost can also increase if you need the repair done on the weekend or after hours, since contractors usually have higher hourly rates during those times.
Your home air conditioner may not be turning on in Havana, FL because:
- Your air filter is dirty or clogged
- The circuit breaker to your AC unit has tripped
- Your thermostat is set incorrectly
Another reason your air conditioner may not be turning on is if your air conditioner’s thermostat is malfunctioning, broken or requires new batteries. If you check and fix all of these potential issues and your air conditioner still won’t turn on, you should have an HVAC technician repair your air conditioner.
The best way to improve your indoor air quality in your Havana, FL home is to reduce the sources of pollution. However, that is not always possible since cooking and other daily activities can cause pollution in your home. If you are unable to remove most sources of indoor air pollution, the next best option is to use your bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans. Additionally, cleaning your home can also be helpful in reducing the dust and dirt that can contribute to poor indoor air quality.
