09/22/2026- I arrived on site to find the 60 amp disconnect breaker for the downstairs condenser to be faulty and losing a Leah of power, and I also discovered this condensers contactor was pitting badly as well. I replaced both the contactor and breaker before testing the unit. I waited for the voltage regulator 5 minute delay and as soon as the voltage regulator sent the 240v to the unit it started working properly and without issue. This unit is now functioning and cooling properly at the time of service.

09/19/2026- I arrived on site to find the 70 and 7.5 turbo 200X capacitor had swelled up and failed. I replaced the faulty capacitor with truck stock before testing the unit. The system started working properly and cooling without any issues. I also replaced the 20x30x1 air filter with the customer provided filter. This unit is currently working and cooling properly at the time of service.
