09/22/2025- I arrived on site to find a short causing the unit to not start. I repaired the issue and found the compressor wires also rubbing against copper causing the insulation to rub off, even though this wasn’t an issue yet I repaired it since it would be a issue in the future. I resecured and rerouted the compressor wires to prevent a short from occurring in the future. I have verified that this unit is functioning and cooling properly at the time of service.
