Upon arrival, I found a customer system not cooling properly due to some factory wiring coming loose. I was able to do a minor wire repair and then test the system operations. After performing the work, your system came on and is cooling properly at this time .

10/02/2026- I arrived on site to find the air handler control board extremely corroded and the blower motor to be faulty. This unit is still under parts and labor warranty and the supply house had the replacement parts in stock so I picked them up and preformed the replacement today. After the installation of the warranty control board and blower motor I tested the unit and have verified that the unit is now functioning correctly and cooling properly. This unit is currently working properly at the time of service. .

10/02/2026- I arrived on site and re-programmed the customers ecobee thermostat to be configured to the Carrier Crossover system that it is connected to. I have tested and verified that this thermostat and unit are now functioning correctly in both heating and cooling modes at this time, however I am unable to preform a full system test in heat mode due to the outdoor temperature. I have informed the customer that the unit is cooling properly and switch’s into heat mode correctly, and to contact us if she has any issues with heat mode once the weather starts getting colder. This unit is functioning properly at the time of service.
