I found a faulty dual run capacitor in the Trane condenser for the addition and replaced it with a new dual run capacitor today. The new capacitor comes with a 5 year parts and 1 year labor warranty. I observed a return temp of 73° while supply temp was 107°F. Right where we want it. The filters were changed and checked today.
