Today I performed a one time tuneup on both mini split systems. I cleaned the air filters and checked the system operations. Both systems are operating/cooling properly. The customer is interested in estimates on ceiling mount mini splits. I will send information to Lee. Both systems are cooling properly at this time .

Upon arrival, I found five comfort net thermostats that were not communicating with the outdoor air temp sensors due to bad batteries. I changed the batteries and all five sensors and reconnected them to their thermostats and then tested the system operations. All five thermostats are working properly, reading indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity all systems are operating properly at this time.

Today I performed a winter time tune up on your Bensons Inverter Heat-pumps and your carrier heat pump , your systems are working properly at this time but we will need to return to replace your heat kit covered under your 10 year P&L warranty.Tallahassee Fl

Performed a summer time tune up on five Amana and one Comfort Maker Heat Pump. Tested system operations, checked component amperages, checked capacitor ratings, cleared all drain lines, tested all drain line safety switches, changed the air filters, dusted the return grills, changed the batteries in the thermostats, changed the batteries in the outdoor sensors and cleaned the condensers. Everything is working properly at this time.
