Today I arrived on site and performed a tune-up on your HVAC system. Indoor Unit Service Located the AIR HANDLER in the attic. Washed the washable filter and replaced the pleated 1" filters with customer-provided spares (sizes 20x25x1 & 12x12x1). Inspected the indoor coil; it is fair and clean. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, secondary drain pan, and electrical wires; all are in good condition and secured. Outdoor Unit Service Located the Heat Pump on the side of the house. Inspected the outdoor coil; it is good and clean. Electrical System Check Tested the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer specifications. Checked the UV light; it is on and shining. Drainage System Maintenance Cleared the condensate drain line. Cleaned out the primary drain pan. Tested the safety switch.
