Lee? Lee? Who the hell is Lee? Did some imposter install our A/C? Is it even a real A/C? Did the check make it back to the companyOMG!!! OKI dont like mark the box reviewsthat must be clear by now and Ill go to the stars and play the game but its not as much fun as a real review. First of all, my impression of Lee is that you guys dont need a review of him. You already know he is the consummate representative for Bensons. He is professional, personable, informed, proficient and, from all appearances, technically qualified and adept at the whole process from estimate to finished project. He was probably born with that smile, maybe not the teeth, but certainly the smile. Were talking about a technician working away and moving around the house while simultaneously softly singing to the house music playing. And dont turn the music off when you leave the houseplease leave it on. And he had a couple of techs with him that were also personable, communicative and efficient andwellnice guys. So, a very pleasant way to blow through nearly $6k on A/C
I have been a customer of Benson's for many years. I have always had great customer service, have only had one small issue in all this time, and once I voiced my issue, it was immediately taken care of. Everyone I have dealt with at Benson's goes beyond to satisfy!! I cannot say enough about this company!!!
