I checked all electrical connections on both indoor and outdoor equipment, checked your air filters, flushed the drain line, check your capacitor ratings, and then make sure your system came back on and operated properly before leaving. The customer recently installed a Wi-Fi thermostat afterwards the system was not cooling properly. Upon further inspection, I found the thermostat was never programmed for a heat pump. After to reprogramming the thermostat, I tested your system operations. Your system is both heating and cooling properly at this time. The customer also wanted to sign up for a silver level maintenance. We went ahead and took care of that as well. The system is on and operating properly at this time

Upon arrival, I found the customer’s heat pump split system not working properly due to a low refrigerant charge. I performed an electronic leak search to find the evaporator coil leaking while performing the leak search. I also noticed the indoor blower motor to be running constantly with no call for it. After further inspecting that I found a bad indoor blower control board. I sent an estimate via email to the customer to replace the evaporator coil and indoor blower control board. The customer approved the estimate. As of now, it is scheduled for first call Thursday morning to be installed. We should be here between 830 and 10 o’clock in the morning to get started. We will call when we are on the way. I left the system, how it was when I arrived.
