Installed a new 18 Seer 24K BTU Samsung Mini Split Heat Pump in the dome house. The new system comes with a 10 year parts and 1 year labor warranty. The electrical was not what we requested, we requested a dedicated 30Amp 240Volt service. The electrician did not provide a service for the mini split. We wired the mini split and surge protector into a disconnect so when the electrician runs their electrical line for the mini split they may wire directly into the disconnect and mount.
Upon arrival, I found the customers system not cooling properly due to a bad indoor blower motor/module combo. I sent an estimate to replace the motor/module combo. The estimate was approved. We will call to schedule insulation as soon as the motor arrives in our hands. The motor is 2 to 3 business days out .

Upon arrival, I found customers office area, not cooling properly due to a bad thermostat. The thermostat was running heat strips while in cool mode. I was able to disconnect the heat strips from the thermostat and get the system working properly in cool mode. I will send estimates for a smart thermostat. Also a standard basic thermostat.
