05/28/2026- I arrived on site and replaced the braze on high pressure switch with warranty parts. After the installation of the new HPS I preformed a nitrogen pressure test at 350 psig and confirmed that this unit holds pressure without any leaks. I then pulled the unit in a vacuum below 500 microns before charging the unit back up with 410A refrigerant. I have re-used the customer’s refrigerant for this call and the customer approved of that decision. I then tested the unit and verified that it is functioning and cooling properly at the time of service. The customer also asked me to have our company give him a quote for an additional air conditioning unit for this house. We will contact the customer and schedule a time to meet up to discuss this quote.
