07/31/2026- I arrived on site and found the capacitor faulty for the main unit ( S#E230803837 M# N4H5S18AKAAAABAB ). I replaced the faulty capacitor with truck stock and tested the unit. The unit started working properly and without issue. I have verified that the unit is currently functioning and cooling properly at the time of service.

07/31/2026- I arrived on site to find the drain line clogged which kept the primary drain line safety switch tripped. I cleared and treated the drain line before re-priming it with drain treatment. I then tested the unit and confirmed that it is now functioning and cooling properly at the time of service.

Diagnostic/ Unit not keeping up: at customers home, he informed me that unit was set to 71 yesterday and would not get below 74 or 75 until almost 9pm last night, so today I checked pressures and received a 16 degree temperature split (Delta T) and pressure were good, I informed him with the extreme heat this week, units are not made for 115 degree days, I cleaned condenser coil, checked amps on compressor and condenser fan motor, inspected filter and inspected evaporator coil along with ductwork.
