04/10/2026- I arrived on site and the customer informed me of a smell that they have an issue with in a couple of offices. Upon inspection I found the affected areas are connected to AHU #2. I inspected the unit and I didn’t experience any smells in the unit and all wiring/equipment was in good condition. This unit also has an Air Purifier Kit installed in its ductwork, the customer asked me to disconnect it to see if it stops the smell from occurring. I disconnected the air purifier for ANU #2 as per the customers request. However all equipment appeared to be functioning properly at the time of service.

04/10/2026- I arrived on site to find the contactor had failed, causing the outdoor unit to remain off. I replaced the faulty capacitor with truck stock and also re-secured the main compressor plug before testing the unit. The unit started working properly without issues and I have verified that the unit is cooling at this time.
