06/19/2026- I arrived on site to find the outdoor unit not functioning due to a faulty contactor. I replaced the faulty contactor with truck stock and tested the unit. The unit started working properly and without issue. I have verified that the system is functioning within specifications and cooling properly at this time. I also discovered that the 20x25x4 Honeywell air filter had not been changed since our last maintenance visit preformed here last July, meaning I had to remove the dirty air filter to prevent airflow issues. The customer has signed up and paid for the silver level maintenance plan and approved of an estimate for a replacement air filter. We will contact the customer early next week to install a new air filter and will collect for the filter at the time of installation. This unit is currently cooling properly at the time of service.
