01/09/2025- I arrived on site and found the condenser for unit #6 not functioning due to a control board communication error. After I reset the power to the outdoor control board the unit started working properly again and without issue. I verified that all electrical equipment was working correctly and within specifications. I tested this unit multiple times and under load for an extended period of time and I found that the error never occurred again. I informed the customer about my findings and told them to contact us if this unit gives them any issues in the future. I have verified that this unit is functioning properly and cooling properly at the time of service.

Upon arrival, the customer explained she just wanted her system checked everything seemed to be working fine. I told her about our maintenance plans. She decided to sign up for a gold level maintenance. I performed her first of two maintenance is today. She has one maintenance remaining for the year. After performing her maintenance I tested the system operations afterwards and everything is operating properly at this time .

Upon arrival, I found the customers heat pump split system not cooling properly due to the reversing valve being stuck. I was able to release the reversing valve to get it cooling. I also found the system low on refrigerant. I performed an electronic leak search to find the evaporator coil leaking and the reversing valve sticking intermittently. The customer was not interested in repair estimates he was interested in a proposal what options on a new system install I will get that email to him ASAP. He did not decide to top the system off with refrigerant for the time being the system is on and cooling but will freeze up if it runs a long time Your system is working at this time

Customer said heat was not working in the unit. Bumped thermostat up and the unit started heating, 40° temperature split. Checked out electrical components and everything looked good. Checked charge in cool mode and the charge looked fine. The fan speed was on a lower speed tap than it should be so I increased the fan speed by 1 tap. Thank you for your business.
