06/27/2026- I arrived on site to find the thermostat stuck in the ISU code settings and I discovered a partial drain line clog. I programmed the thermostat for the correct equipment and cleared/re-primed the drain line. I then tested the unit and verified that it is functioning, cooling, and draining properly at this time.

06/26/2026- I arrived on site to find the issue being the thermostat was factory reset by the customer when she attempted to connect the Honeywell red link thermostat to her app. I reprogrammed the thermostat to the correct equipment and tested the operation of the thermostat. I have verified that the unit is functioning correctly in every mode of operation at this time. I also connected the thermostat to the customers app so she can adjust and monitor the thermostat while they are out of town. The equipment is currently functioning and cooling properly at the time of service.

06/26/2026- I arrived on site to find the outdoor fan shroud vibrating heavily due to either too loose or too tight screws. I have adjusted the fan shroud to an acceptable noise level and reduced the vibrations as best I could. While I was on location the customer noticed that her thermostat screen had gone faulty, and wouldn’t allow her to adjust any settings. Due to this I replaced the thermostat for her downstairs unit with a T6 pro. I set up the thermostat to match her equipment and tested the operation of the new thermostat. I have verified that the thermostat is functioning properly and without issue. This unit is currently cooling properly at the time of service.

When I arrive, thermostat was blank, went to the outdoor unit and had no voltage. Checked the outdoor disconnect and there is no voltage going into the system. Installed a new 60 amp SD breaker. Make sure I was getting the correct voltage and that the house was cooling properly. Everything is working at this time.

Upon arrival, I found a customers system that supplies upstairs and half of the downstairs, not cooling properly due to a bad indoor blower motor. The motor was still under a manufacturer part warranty however labor was not covered. I sent an estimate for labor. It was approved. After installing the new OEM warranty motor I tested your system operations. Your system is operating/cooling properly at this time.
