05/08/2026- I arrived on site and the customer informed me that the unit itself is cooling properly but the thermostat would set itself at a higher temperature around 2-3 causing the office to get hotter. I found this to be because of the 6:00 pm schedule time slot which was set to 78 degrees in cool mode and the internal clock on the thermostat being 2 and a half hours ahead. I reset the clock on the thermostat and due to the customers recommendation I set the 6:00 pm schedule cool setting down to 75 degrees in that time slot. I informed the customer to contact us if she has any other issues, however the unit and thermostat are working properly at this time.
