Today, I arrived onsite to perform the winter maintenance as per the agreement. All three systems are in good condition. I tested the heat mode and confirmed that the systems are all heating within the optimal temperature range. The outdoor units are in good condition, with the electrical wiring and components working within the factory setting. I changed the filters for both units in the attics, servicing the upstairs and the east side of the downstairs. I checked the filter for the new unit in the garage and it was in good condition. I cleared the drain lines for all three units with the shop vac on and then poured a gallon of water down each one. Everything is working properly at this time. Thank you!

Today, I arrived onsite to perform the maintenance as per the agreement. The furnace in the garage is in great condition. I checked the system in heat mode. I confirmed that the flames coming from the burners were blue, not oxygenated, and that the carbon monoxide levels were 0.00 ppm. I checked the outdoor unit and confirmed that the electrical wiring and components are within the factory range. I changed the filter and cleared the drain line. 10/14/2026- I ordered the warranty parts and they will be delivered to our warehouse, when they arrive we will need to schedule the replacement with the customer. 10/16/2026- I arrived on site and replaced the faulty blower motor and blower capacitor with warranty equipment. After the installation of the warranty equipment I tested the unit and have verified that the unit is now functioning properly and no longer tripping the indoor unit breaker. This unit is now functioning and cooling properly at the time of service.
