09/01/2026- I arrived on site and the customer informed me that he had turned off the unit when he noticed that the blower wasn’t working and the outdoor unit was still operating. I checked the unit and verified that the blower motor was receiving the correct high voltage but the control board wasn’t sending the 24v to the blower motor, despite the board receiving the correct voltage from the thermostat. I then bypassed the board with my ECM motor tester and verified that the blower motor is operating properly when receiving the low voltage signal. I then tested the motor with the board again after cycling the power and the board started sending the correct voltage to the motor, causing the blower to operate properly. I tested the unit several more times and each time it started working correctly. I verified the correct operation in cool mode as well. This unit is currently cooling and working properly, I am unable to replicate the initial issue. I informed the customer of my findings
