06/01/2026- I arrived on site to find the drain line clogged so I cleaned and cleared it before re-priming the condensate line with cleaner diluted with water. I then verified that the drain line is clear and draining properly before testing the unit. The system started working properly and without issue. I have verified that the unit and condensate system are both functioning correctly at the time of service.

Upon arrival, I found the customers system not cooling properly due to the secondary emergency pan under the air handler in the attic full of water killing the low-voltage power to the thermostat. I’ll send an estimate to flush the drain line. The estimate was approved. After flushing the drain line I tested the system operations. The system is operating/cooling properly at this time .

Upon arrival, I found the customers split system, not cooling properly due to the contact points on the contactor and the outdoor condenser not getting a good connection. I was able to take the contactor off and clean the contact points to get it working temporarily I did not have a contactor on my truck, but I will get one in return Monday. The customer approved the estimate for a new contactor verbally. I will call before coming out Monday to install the contactor. Your system is cooling properly at this time .

Upon arrival, I found the split system at the community pool house, not cooling properly due to a clogged primary drain line, causing it to kill the low-voltage power at the safety float switch. I sent an estimate to flush the drain line. The estimate was approved after flushing the drain line. I tested the system operations and the float switch itself. Your system is cooling/draining properly at this time .
