06/08/2026- I arrived on site to find the metal ductwork for the kitchen and sunroom area to be disconnected at the plenum outlet. I have re-secured both ducts to the plenum using tap screws and mastic aluminum tape. I then re-strapped the metal ductwork for to the truss with duct straps to keep the weight off of the joints. I have verified that these rooms now have airflow and that the ductwork is secured at the time of service.
Found the pvc drain line was clogged outside. I took drain line a part inside and outside and cleaned out using my shop vac, brush, and water. Then put the drain line back together and tested and re primed with 4 gallons of water. The system is now draining and cooling properly at this time. Billable

06/05/2026- I arrived on site to find the drain line clogged on one system which has kept the safety switch tripped and prevented it from running. I have cleared the drain line and I discovered that this drain line was double trapped, so I removed the outdoor P-Trap so the system still has its indoor P-Trap. I then verified that the unit is functioning, draining, and cooling properly at this time. Since it hasn’t been a full month since we were last out here for this exact drain line, we have waived the charge for the drain line and daignosic. The customer also wanted me to give him an estimate to replace all current thermostats that don’t have Wi-Fi capability to a model that does. I have confirmed the pricing from the supplier and have emailed the customer the estimate to replace all current non Wi-Fi thermostats with ones that are Wi-Fi compatible.
Diagnostic/ Blower not running. Arrived and found the correct voltage and signal at the motor, but the motor had failed. I gave an estimate to replace the motor and it was approved. I got the motor, came back, and installed it. Tested operations and the system is cooling properly at this time. Also propped up the front left side of the condenser with two vibration pads. The slant is now eliminated.
Out here again for a clogged drain line, when I arrived, customer had already vacuumed out both safety switches. no water backed up at the indoor unit. Hooked vacuum onto drain line outside and started flushing from the air handler after about a gallon or two I started hearing good suction. Poured another 3 gallons with vacuum on then verified system was draining by pouring a gallon of water/green without vacuum on and making sure it wasn’t backing up.

Today I performed a one time tuneup on your furnace, straight, cool HVAC system. I checked all electrical connections on both indoor and outdoor equipment, flushed your drain line, cleaned the condenser coil, checked your capacitor ratings, then when I was finished, I’ll make sure the system came on and started cooling properly. Your system is cooling properly at this time during the tuneup. The customer requested a repair estimate for the vent pipe, running from the furnace out the decking of the roof. She also asked for a proposal with options on a new system install. I will get those emailed ASAP other than that. Everything is operating properly at this time

Hunter was the service technician that serviced our unit. The damper was not opening and closing properly causing incorrect air flow. Hunter was able to correctly identify the problem and correct the problem. He was thorough and gave us a detailed explanation of what needed to be done.
