06/12/2026- I arrived on site to find the customer worried about why unit #2 wasn’t dripping water outside. I checked unit #2 and found that it was cooling its dedicated area without issue with a 18 degree temperature split and I verified that there wasn’t any issues with the drain line. I believe the reason why it wasn’t dripping is because this unit services a smaller area and it is only turning on for small periods of time to hold the temperature in its area. Since I was unable to find any issues with the unit or drain line I informed the customer to keep an eye on the unit and to contact us if he notices any issues with the unit.

Upon arrival, I found the customers system not cooling properly due to the thermostat, losing program settings, causing the system, not to energize the reversing valve. I was able to reprogram the thermostat afterwards. The system kicked on and started cooling properly. I then noticed the thermostat wires out at the condenser were brittle and exposed. I did a minor wire repair on that afterwards. I tested your system operations. Your system is operating/cooling properly at this time .
