Upon arrival, I found the customer system not cooling properly due to a blank thermostat. After further inspecting the system, I found the thermostat to be blank due to the primary drain line being clogged and the safety float switch killing the low-voltage power doing its job. I gave an estimate to flush the drain line. It was approved. After flushing the drain line and then poured a gallon of water down the drain to make sure it was draining properly. The system came on and is cooling/draining properly at this time .
