08/18/2026- I arrived on site today and replaced the old 230v condensate pump with a new 230v condensate pump. After installation of the new pump I tested the unit and the safety switch and I have verified that both are functioning correctly at this time. I have confirmed that the unit is cooling, functioning, and draining properly at the time of service.

Upon arrival, I found your system, not cooling properly due to a bad run capacitor for the condenser fan motor and contactor out in the condenser I sent an estimate to replace both. The estimate was approved. After replacing both parts, I tested your system operations. Your system is cooling properly at this time however it is a 1999 system with R 22 and the compressor is slightly over ramping already. I would recommend getting a new system installed ASAP. I do not see the compressor making it through the summer. Your system is cooling at this time
