07/31/2025- the warranty blower motor has been ordered from carrier and will be delivered to our shop. The motor Iowa’s not in stock in town and will take 2 business days to be delivered to us. The customer is cooling in the meantime, but we will need to call her and schedule the replacement when the motor is delivered. 08/03/2026- I arrived on site and replaced the faulty blower motor with warranty equipment. After the installation of the new motor I tested the unit and verified that it is functioning correctly at this time. I informed the homeowner that the new motor is turning on and shutting off properly and to contact us if she has anymore issues or concerns. This unit is currently working and cooling properly at the time of service.
