11/06/2025- the gas valve is ready for pick up at carrier. Please contact the customer and schedule a time for replacement 11/07/2025- I arrived on site to replace the faulty gas valve with warranty parts. After installation of the new valve I preformed a system and leak test and I have confirmed that the furnace is now working properly without any leaks. This unit is now functioning and heating properly at the time of service.

Diagnostic/ No power at R. Found the thermostat signal getting cut out at the condensate pumps. I nudged the pump and it drained water properly. I ran water through the drain line two times after that and the pump discharged the water properly. The system is now cooling properly at this time.
